Presentation

Bi-active sealing (two heating jaws) by impulse heating allowing a high quality closing.

Jaws equipped with single weld plate (standard version) and adjustable
in height depending on the size of the bags = allows to integrate the
welder on all packaging lines
The jaws of welds, mounted on a column of cm 160 are adjusted
in height according to the dimensions of the weld bag.
Painted steel construction RAL 1013
The base, very low, may be integrated in a conveyor chain.

Options :

Equipment specific jaws:
- Either with cutting welding system
- Either with double flat weld (UV65 and UV80 model NZA)

Support shelf:
Adjustable shelf height, of a width of 120 cm, forming a support for
materials to be sealed (for bags positions with a height less than 500 mm)

Stand: stand on wheels and down jacks

Transformer strengthened: increased sealing time for thick materials

Column: Column 200 cm

Control: powerful control system adaptation / jaw

ADF Model (explosion proof): heating system of the jaws vapor flow
(steam regulator and power not supplied) model fully pneumatic
explosion-proof (UV VZ 65 or 80)
