The BAILEIGH Industrial BB-12014 Manual sheet bending machine is designed for years of operation at full capacity. This folder has a working width of 3048 mm at maximum capacity and 2 mm thick in mild steel. This model is able to ensure whole sheet folds of 4 'x 8' in the length direction. It also has a reinforced deck with heavy rods coupled to a welded steel frame.

The BB-12014 has an upper deck with 26 interchangeable hardened steel segments allowing the operator to configure any box folding up to a maximum depth of 150 mm.

The folding clog has two massive counterweights which help to facilitate the work of the operator and thus reduce effort and fatigue, even at full capacity.

Precision lubricated, precision-lubricated deck-mounted side shafts improve tolerance and longevity of the deck.
