The NCP785A is an ideal choice for powering low input voltage components such as MCUs, Embedded Processors and low current sensors in applications such as industrial and home automation, smart metering and home appliances.
NCP785A offers ±5% of output voltage accuracy, extremely high power supply rejection ratio and ultra low quiescent current of typ. 15 μA. It is very well suited for harsh environmental conditions and is offered with fixed output voltages: 3.3 V, 5.0 V, 12 V, 15 V. The SOT−89 package offers good thermal performance and very small PCB size.
