General description:

• The "Actilevel-Pal" constant level lifting tables are real ergonomic tools essential for the production of parts (or components) stacked on pallets.

• They allow automatic leveling for loading and unloading of pallets by means of a system with air cushions or springs (adjustable). Operators no longer have to bend down to handle loads, "Actilevel-Pal" does it for you

• Designed to receive all types of pallets (1200 x 800; 1200 x 1000; 1100 x 1100; 1200 x 1200 mm) • Load range 200 to 2000 kg
•2 standard models exist :

- air suspension assisted model
- model assisted by mechanical springs

Technical description :

• High strength steel scissors with steel shaft
• Lateral lower legs, making it possible to handle the table with the forklift and increase the stability of the load
• Rotating table on Ø 110 mm ball bearings, allowing the load to be rotated without having to go around the table at constant level • Shock absorber, offering a gradual rise and fall without amplification of the spring effect
• Locking pin in high position for maintenance
• For the pneumatic model, easily accessible and protected calibrated air outlet
• Finish: red and yellow paint
• Openwork top plate
