In addition to measuring total hydrocarbon concentrations in high purity hydrogen or mixed hydrogen gas, H100 can also be well suited for integration into low concentration hydrogen in-line inspection systems.
The Model H100 uses a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) in a heated furnace to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and to provide long-term stability and reliable performance in the analysis of low trace concentrations of hydrocarbon contaminants in high purity hydrogen. With the exception of the sample back pressure regulator, all components in contact with the sample are integrated into the heated FID furnace for minimal hang-up, stable baseline and rapid response.
Analyzer features:
- Very selective
- All components heated in the furnace, except BPR
- Microprocessor-based PID temperature controller for FID ovens
