The structure of our Isothermal Box-Pallet® consists of polyurethane walls press-fitted and glued by us to ensure great solidity. No over-packaging or additional assembly is required.

 Basic equipment:

  • Exterior: Brown Kraft Box. 
  • Interior: Aluminium covering.
  • Insulation: Panel in high density polyurethane, with 40 or 60 mm thick press-fitted and glued.
  • Thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.024 W/m².
  • Lid: 40 or 60 mm thick one-piece polyurethane panel
  • Seal: Closed cell foam plate, 10 mm thick
  • (1) Semi-heavy pallet Export NIMP 15 screwed onto the bottom as standard
  • (2) Front side opening. 2 Velcro handles for secured closing


Optional equipment:

  • (3) Food quality sack to pack DRY ICE
