The below listed IGBTs are either well suited for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), solar applications (inverters) or motor drive inverters. Incorporated into some of the devices is a soft and fast co−packaged free wheeling diode with a low forward voltage.
The L2 series is especially suitable for motor drive applications (also for welder applications).
The FL2 series is especially suitable for Solar/UPS and welder applications.
