An innovative, easy, and user-friendly solution for maintaining the stability of printing inks in the ink duct.

Especially developed for high-viscosity inks, including UV inks, which tend to “stand still“ in the ink duct. ink.mate can be used efficiently on all kinds of sheetfed, continuous and web offset presses.

ink.mate distributes via one or two rotating agitator cones the ink evenly over the entire width of the ink duct and keeps the viscosity of thixotropic links low over the entire width of the duct. This also keeps the edge areas constantly in motion. In addition, ink is applied to the ductor – a basic prerequisite for good printing results.

The low-maintenance unit can be installed easily, even for retrofits. The compact design guarantees easy access to the ink duct. This allows uninterrupted cleaning of the ink duct and the agitator cone.

The ink.mate is switched on or off via the air valve. The speed of the cone is set via the control unit. This is how the ink.mate is adjusted to the requirements of the individual orders.
