Application :

Suspended rail infrared drying gantry intended for the drying of small and medium surfaces of motor vehicles. Suspended and integrated equipment on preparation bays.

Description :

2 cassettes of 4 shortwave infrared

Total power : 12 kW

Polymerization surface : 2,20 m x 1,50 m (3.3 m²)

Pre-set drying programmes (depending on the coating products), automatic distance detection and adjustment / position guided by laser beam

Designed for drying filler, weighting finishes, lacquers and varnishes used for impact repair

This type of equipment is configured for integration into our preparation bays.
