IDC-connectors

The product range in the field of ribbon cable connectors contains single-rowed female multipoint connectors, different double-rowed female multipoint connectors and PCB connectors beside lockable shroud male headers in THT or SMD soldering technique. The female multipoint connectors and PCB connectors show a so-called Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC) as a cable connection. In one step the ribbon cable connector including the cover is "crimped" to the flat ribbon cable in different contact numbers. The shroud male header show different characteristics – with or without polarisation – with or without locking device – with or without strain relief. The contact surface is offered in tin-plated and selective gold-plated.
