Now available as a separate item, the the 90 kW shrinkforming burner (Cat. No. 1091) is designed exclusively for the Hornet shinkforming gun.
I/ Addition of a second tube in the neck of the burner (a patented suction system), to achieve a wider range of operating pressures and, therefore, be able to withstand adverse weather conditions for a time and maintain a constant gas output pressure.
II/ Inclusion of a tube in the burner, on the nozzle side, enabling reduction of either the length of the neck or the flame pressure, making the burner resistant to flame flashbacks up to 0.1 bar.
III/ Development involved reducing power in order to obtain a more concentrated and, therefore, hotter flame on the work area.
IV/ The ignition line was reinforced and fixed in the tube, enabling an improvement in terms of repeated ignitions.
V/ Insertion of an interior tube near the air inlet, enabling it to much better withstand strong transverse winds.
