HELAVIA® moulded parts to samples in polychloroprene rubber (Neoprene)

SES-STERLING specializes mainly in Polychloroprene (Neoprene / Baypren). For special needs, other qualities can be produced (e.g. EPDM, NBR or Silicone).

SES-STERLING always seeks to extend its programme of mouldings for the electrical industry. Many new designs are added each year where we have the customer's cooperation and where a small contribution is made by the original customer towards the tool costs.

Assuming that your design would fit the SES-STERLING programme, we arrange, for the first year, for the customer to have exclusive sale for the new moulding although the tools would remain the property of SES-STERLING who would see to their upkeep. After this time the customer will allow SES-STERLING to include the moulding in SES-STERLING's standard programme.

Rights of Sale and tooling remain the property of SES-STERLING. We rely also upon our customers indemnifying SESSTERLING and its servants against any claims with regard to registered design or owner's rights. Permission for us to manufacture and market the item for general sale is understood to be granted on this basis.
