Hall-Effect Switches for Magnetic Field Applications

The TLE49x6 is the latest family of high precision Hall-effect switches based on chopped Hall probes. Uni- and bipolar switches are available and suited for automotive applications like sensing of e.g. seat position, gear stick position, buckle switch state, brushless direct current motor commutation (BLDC) and all kinds of index counting. This family of chopped Hall-effect switches offers enhanced accuracy and robustness against electrical disturbances.

The available types are a 2-wire sensor with current interface, a unipolar switch, a bipolar latch and a double Hall-effect latch with speed signal and direction information. Coming from the successful TLE49x5-Hall-effect switches family, now the improved TLE49x6-product family has been launched to further broaden the Infineon product portfolio.

Tiny SMD packages, as well as slim leaded packages are available for high flexibility in design.
