Presentation

The TRIO-T is an equipment used to realize homogeneous mixtures of plastics materials and dyes in the form of granules, regrind, by gravimetric dosing of each component.

The operating cycle starts with the gravimetric dosing of the materials with sequential weight reading thanks to a scale equipped with a high performance loading cell. The weighed materials are successively mixed in a specially designed mixer to guarantee a homogeneous mixture suitable to feed the next process. A high-performance microprocessor controls the operation.

TRIO-T is a versatile piece of equipment that can be installed directly above the machine to replace the loading hopper or on the floor to feed other machines.
