Units of the alpha.r mini series are compact yet fully-fledged reverse osmosis systems with throughput capacities of 50 and 90 l/h.

Both versions come with a 200 l membrane tank with pressure control and can be connected directly to the dampening solution circulators of the printing press. 
 
By using the alpha.r 20 mini, 2,000 l of water a day can easily be prepared, so the unit is also suitable for use as a central water preparation system for small to mid-sized sheetfed printing companies.


The preparation process is optimised to efficiently work without a water softener, which eliminates the need for special salts.
 
An extraction point located before the re-hardening doser makes it possible to also use the prepared water for other applications, such as printing plate production or blanket washing. Due to its compact construction the system can easily be installed – even when little space is available.
