Pallets are heavy loads and complicated to handle (lifting from the floor, storage at a height, etc.),

Manut-LM designs manipulators capable of lifting pallets and tilting them without any risk for operators.

 Lifting pallets by suction

Pallets are usually taken by fork to be handled.

Nevertheless, suction lifting offers great advantages in terms of speed, ergonomics and comfort.

This is why Manut-LM has developed a range of  Suction Pallet Manipulators designed to grip loads inclucing those with gaps (pallets, slats...).

 Fork gripping tool for pallets

The fork is the basic gripping tool for effortless picking up and lifting of pallets.

Thanks to the MASTER Plus suction manipulator equipped with a fork, operators can handle pallets effortlessly.

The operator no longer feels the weight of the load and therefore no longer has any risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

The pace of work is therefore increased but not the effort!

 Pallet handling at a height

The Master Plus manipulator can be equipped optionally  with an articulated arm that enables loads to be handled at a height.

This option is particularly suitable for storing pallets stacked one on top of the other to save space.

The length of the articulated arm can be adapted to your needs, Manut-LM is specialized in the design of made-to-measure handling assistance solutions.

 Pallet handling and tilter

The Master Plus Manipulator can be equipped with a load tilter option which enables the loads to be placed at 90°.

The handling of pallets in large quantities will no long imply the risk of MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) and can be carried out by a single operator.
