Partitions are used to safely separate fragile products from each other during transport, to prevent damage or breakage. Conventional partitions consist of slotted strips of solid board, fitted (locked) together to form cells into which the product is placed. Constantly striving for further developing even proven designs, A&R Carton we seized the potential for improvement and completely revised the design.

The result is a partition that offers various economic benefits in storage, transportation and processing – hence the name ECOPART. It is made of 550 g/m” chipboard, and offers material savings of up to 40 percent compared with conventional partitions. As the ECOPART partitions are glued, instead of locked, they are more stable, thus preventing the components from shifting. The assembled partition is much thinner than its predecessor, so up to 50 percent more partitions can be packed on a pallet.
