Draining table (Sludge dewatering)

Primarily intended for the dewatering of sludge from urban and industrial wastewater treatment plants, the draining table makes it possible to thicken them by increasing the quantity of dry matter and consequently to reduce the water volume as much as possible.

Proposed in several versions of machines, this device satisfies all the needs and all the requirements thanks to the various parameters to which it answers: From the dimensions to the rate of dryness and the flow of desired water, it fulfills all the criterias to the choice.

The diameters of the filter holes are also modifiable in order to respect to the desired result.
To improve the quality of the product, the sludge is directed onto the drip table where the water easily becomes extractable by flowing through perforated holes in the fabric.
This leads to a dryness rate of up to 20%.
