The TWINMASTER surface and profile grinding machine in double-column design guarantees high precision and stock-removing capacity for large workpiece dimensions.

  • Grinding area 1200 x 800 to 6000 x 2000 mm
  • Spindle drive 11 kW to 50 kW
  • Distance table to spindle centerline 850 mm

    Grinding spindle with radially and axially preloaded ultra-precision bearings for minimum runout.Extremely rigid frame design with vibration-free side columns and fixed cross beam.

    Modular machine concept for a clearance between the columns from 800 to 2000 mm.
    The transversal, vertical and longitudinal slides travel on high-precision linear guideways which are playfree preloaded.The table base is made of composite granite!
