Nozzle Design :
INCOE® nozzle designs offer 2 types of mounting onto the manifold system based on you application.

DFQ style :
Nozzles have a threaded base which screws directly into the manifold. This ensures a secure, leak proof connection to the manifold and facilitates construction of our Unitized systems.

DFX style :

Utilizes a compression fit onto the manifold. Nozzles are positioned onto the manifold Mold back and retainer plates secure the entire system in place.

Twin Heater Technology :
INCOE® nozzles are equipped with twin heater technology. Heating elements are connected in parallel to a single set of leads from the heaters. If one element burns out, the redundant heater continues seamless operation until routine maintenance can be performed.
