INCOE®’s Control Gate technology offers the advantage of predictable, consistent gate opening found in valve gates, at a price nearer to that of a comparable thermal gate system.
Control Gates can reduce cycle times and eliminate drool when using a vertical injection molding machine in the same way as a more expensive fully operated valve gate system, but at a lower cost.
In cases where optimal gate performance or sequential operation is the outstanding criteria; a full Valve Gate system is recommended.
