FA 510/515 - Dew point sensor for adsorption dryers - NEW with IO-Link interface
Monitoring a desiccant dryer is critical to increase energy efficiency, ensure product quality, prevent damage to machinery, identify maintenance needs, and achieve cost savings. This contributes to the smooth operation of compressed air systems in various industrial applications.
The sensor technology and evaluation electronics of our sensors have undergone continuous improvements. This implies an increased precision at varying ambient temperatures and a higher signal resolution of the sensor. Similar to their predecessor models, the new dew point sensors are characterized by long-lasting stable and reliable measurement results. The sensor element is insensitive to condensation and is protected from direct contact with contaminated particles by the stainless-steel sintered cap.
. Ideal for all types of adsorption dryers with a measuring range of -80...+20°Ctd.
. Gas-independent measurement, also suitable for other, non-corrosive gases
. protection class IP 66
. Condensation insensitive sensor element
. Long-term stability and drift-resistant, thus optimized calibration intervals
. Fast adaptation time, especially from dry to wet conditions
. BSP, NPT or UNF threads
. Analog output 4...20 mA (2- or 3-wire technology) and Modbus RTU (RS 485) interface
. Measured values available in different units, pressure dew point [°Ctd], temperature [°C], rel. humidity [%rh], abs. humidity [g/m³], degree of humidity [g/kg], humidity fraction V/V [ppmV/V], water vapor partial pressure [hPa], atmospheric dew point [°Ctd.atm].
