The major strengths of this project were safety, the weight of the final machine, flexibility and project management.

Apart from the light barriers, all cutting tools are retractable to allow the device to be installed safely. In order to guarantee the correct positioning and repeatability of the piece, it is positioned by using various indexing pins and then held in position during cutting by a retractable locking system.
The machine itself weighs 500 kg as against the 1000 kg of machines currently on the market.

In addition, the HMI allows all settings to be selected and displays whatever uploaded data is required.

Lastly, throughout the project, support was provided to the customer so that a machine complying with all the end-user's prerequisites and expectations was provided.
