The STS 1000 is designed for fluxing and lead-free tin coating of stripped wire ends. Optimized for integration in automatic transfer systems, the STS 1000 is perfectly suited for all dully automatic crimping machines of the CrimpCenter series.
The compact unit easily handles wire sizes from 0.1 to 2.5 mm² (27 - 14 AWG) and tinning lengths up to 5 mm (0.2''). Depending on wire characteristics, cross sections up to 4 mm² (12 AWG) and tinning lengths up to 10 mm (0.39'') can also be processed.
