A common supporting structure (frame)
A frame made of welded steel profiles used to support all the components explained below/ the areas in contact with the heat are coated with aluminized paints; the other, external areas are coated with PU paints (choice of RAL colors).
 
A laboratory - useful interior space of the furnace (internal chamber)
The laboratory is made of steel sheets, coated with aluminized paint, welded in a tight manner. Internal air ducts (air heater) for directing the heated air are attached to the laboratory. The air fins allow for uniform air distribution (homogeneous air distribution) and ensure that the same temperature is applied to all products in the drying area. The laboratory represents a single drying zone. 
 
The envelope
The outer walls of the tunnel kiln are made of lacquered steel sheets, painted in any RAL color. Side doors located on the side of the oven wall allow easy access to the conveyor if necessary. 
 
Oven insulation:
The insulation is made of mineral wool; it is located between the jacket and the laboratory. 
 
Stirring fan, four exhaust fans
A circulation fan is installed in the upper part of the oven and is responsible for recirculating the hot air in the oven. Example: 3000 m3/h
 
Heating unit
The heating unit consists of a grid of heaters.  Example: 30 kW.
 
A conveyor 
The conveyor consists of :
A conveyor chain with high-strength support plates (scales) screwed to the chain and workpiece fasteners (simple version). The chains are driven by sprockets. These are supported by guides to ensure flatness along the entire length of the oven. 
A set of sprockets is in charge of driving the conveyor. Their shaft will be connected to a gear motor by a chain of transmission with pinions. 
The other set of sprockets ensures the tension of the conveyor and the return of the chain.
A geared motor ensures the step by step movement of the conveyor. It is protected by a cover.
 A pneumatic shaft system installed in the loading and unloading area allows 
to correct the default positions of the scales to allow the robot to find the parts.   
Control of incoming and outgoing air 
The air exhaust is located at the top of the oven. Manual valves allow to regulate the air flow (inlet and outlet of the oven).
 
An electrical cabinet; automaton
The electrical cabinet is located near the oven. Its exact location can be decided at a later stage of the project. It should not be placed more than 5 m from the oven. 
 
The electrical cabinet is of IP 55 type and includes all control and safety units required for the furnace.  The temperature controller is included.
