Industrial computer protection cabinet

Computer protection cabinet for workstations used in industrial environments (subject to dust, shocks, etc.): LCD screen, central unit, printer and keyboard.

Features :

Body of the computer cabinet made from a single thermoplastic thermoformed element allowing to obtain in the same structure the front and the side faces

Opening and closing by 6 mm thick PMMA (transparent thermoplastic) flaps for the two upper compartments

Walls in extruded composite material, 10 mm thick

19 mm thick extruded composite walls for the rear side and floor of the cell

Smooth cell surface with no retention angles for easy cleaning and to prevent the accumulation of waste or dust

Possibility to mount the cell directly to the wall without a bracket

Two air vents with flap grid and filter for ventilation of the cell

80 mm diameter cable duct on the right side

The three compartments of the protective cabinet are independent: one opening for cable management in the screen support shelf and printer support

Upper compartments are closed by compression locks: PMMA flaps are compressed against a seal in the rebate

Screen and CPU compartment:

Access by flap mounted on polyamide hinges

Printer compartment :

Access via polyamide hinged flap

Removable shelf mounted on a stainless steel triple expansion rail capable of supporting a load of 60 kg, allowing the printer to be completely removed

Keyboard compartment :

Access via a 6mm thick transparent PMMA flap mounted on two polyamide hinges

Closing with a clamp latch

Pull-out shelf in 19 mm thick PVC mounted on two double-developed steel runners.
