The LANNER®-Recycling-Concept

- Complete solution system concept separating oil from metal chips and silt.

- Chips are fed into the lift & tip machine from the chip transporter.

- Chips are tipped into the chip crusher.

- Chips are transported into the centrifuge on the conveyor belt.

- Dry chips are ejected into containers or silos.

- The entire system is controlled automatically from a central control box.

LANNER® control unit – we design, develop and program an individual control unit (SIEMENS SPS) for every system in-house. This guarantees all system components work together perfectly. A complete set of documentation is included in the delivery.

We are happy to carry out tests on chips from your production. On completion, you will be given a comprehensive test log including recommendations for the most suitable LANNER® machine or system. Just contact our sales team.
