Compact

The ultrasonic welders of the Compact Series have been designed and manufactured using state-of–the-art technologies (CAD, CNC). This welder is particularly suitable for welding small parts and its mechanical design is simple and practical. The proven reliability of ultrasonic generators assures the achievement of a constant welding process. Two models of Compact welders are available:

• bench-type
• column-type (possibility of insertion into automatic lines)

The movement of the transducer holder head is achieved by a pneumatic system on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is provided with a mechanical lock to control the present welding position. The generators used are available with frequencies of 20 and 36 kHz, with 500 Watt power. The generators are of the last generation and totally digital. They incorporate a backlit display and are enclosed into an elegant metal case. One of the most important characteristics of this welder is certainly the cycle control system run by a MICROPROCESSOR.
