CFS - Fiber laser processing system

With the product series CFS, LASAG provides a single source solution to the end user. The complete laser solution consists of a 50 to 200 Watt water-cooled fiber laser with high power stability, beam delivery, customised processing optics and laser control.

The new fine cut solution CFS Cut was specifically designed for the processing of thin-walled, metallic parts such as medical stents. With high productivity it guarantees qualitatively the finest cuts with a cut width of under 20 micrometers.

Micro joining applications such as seam welding of thin-walled metallic parts for the electronics and medical industries require the highest joining quality and productivity. For these reasons the processing tool CFS Weld was specifically developed.

LASAG focus is on high user-friendliness as well as simple integration into new or existing production systems. All components are integrated into a compact IP54 cabinet. The devices are single-phase operated and require a small footprint with reduced overall height.
