Many companies store documents, spare parts or food substances in bins to optimize the space used and facilitate transport and handling. Manut-LM designs and manufactures in France assistance solutions for the manual handling of loads in order to relieve the weight of the bins for operators.

Thanks to gripping tools specifically adapted to the shape, handle and weight of the trays, Manut-LM makes it easier for operators to work while eliminating the risks of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) and improving their productivity.

In the retail sector, containers can be heavy and can be a source of TMS for operators.

To overcome this problem and increase employee productivity, the E.Leclerc Drive warehouse in Laval installed a handling assistance solution.

This solution allows operators to take bins, move them and stack them without having to bend over. The MASTER Plus lifting tube manipulator can lift up to 80 kg at a height of 1.50 m.

Forks have been added by our Design Office to meet the request of the sponsor. Also, the distance between these forks is easily adjustable, to take bins of different dimensions.
