- An internal or laboratory casing made of welded, watertight alusi sheet metal. The lining is mounted floating in the frame in order to accept expansion and limit heat loss. The laboratory is equipped with adjustable supply air fins at the top and adjustable exhaust fins at the bottom to ensure a uniform temperature in the enclosure.
- Thermal insulation provided by crossed panels of mineral wool housed between the panelling (non-flammable Mo rating). The insulation thickness is 200 mm.
- External casing provided by panels welded to the frame. The external cladding and the frame are independent of the laboratory, thus ensuring a low temperature on the panels. Polyurethane paint according to RAL colour chart.
Gas version
- One modulating direct flame gas burner, with complete panoply, sequential ignition programmer with flame control (according to EN 746-2).
Electric version:
- A rack of electric resistances ensuring the heating;
- A guillotine door
- 1 anti-locking device with a mushroom button allows the opening of the cremone from inside the oven
- Two fans ensure the horizontal mixing of the hot air in the chamber. They are mounted on the top of the oven, with a removable buffer.
- A type K thermocouple probe, placed downstream of the fan for regulation.
- A thermocouple probe placed near the burner to ensure overheating safety.
- A probe, placed in a steel element taking the shape of the parts to be treated, in the useful volume allows to check the temperature of a typical part during the heat treatment.
- A motorised damper for the air intake and a motorised damper for the exhaust. These two dampers are fully open for cooling the oven. They must be connected to chimneys outside the workshop.
- The platform on the kiln is equipped with railings and a gate for access by a fixed ladder with crinoline.
2. Electricity and automation
- An IP55 electrical cabinet, including :
electromechanical relays, protections and wiring necessary for proper operation.
A temperature regulator-programmer allowing the adjustment of levels and ramps, and the control of motorised shutters.
The safety elements necessary for correct operation
