Machine loading and preparing finished workpieces at a high rate

Loading a machine at the proper time ensures that it will run continuously. Automatically preparing the finished workpieces for shipping or for the next production step makes the work simple.

Workpiece supply and automatic preparation

Pallet’HUMARD® palletizers are easily adapted to any type of machine tool, conveyor or production line. In addition to preparing the workpieces on pallets for their next station, palletizers ease handling operations while considerably reducing operation costs. When coupled to a palletizer that automatically supplies the the workpieces, machine-tools have a much higher autonomy.

SIMPLIFYING THE WORK WITH AN AUTOMATIC PALLETIZER INCREASES PRODUCTIVITY

In summary, the palletizer incorporates an elevator where the operator stacks the trays containing the pieces to be worked.

The palletizer then picks up a tray and places the finished workpieces in the desired position and orientation on it. When full, the tray is piled at the end of the line on the stacker or onto a cart.

The machine operator empties the stacker or replaces the cart by an empty one. That’s it! That is how we see trolley-type palletization.
