Plasma systems from Diener electronic have long since established themselves in a wide variety of industrial sectors. With the PlasmaBeam QUATTRO atmospheric pressure plasma system, you can rely on modern and future-proof plasma jet technology under atmospheric pressure. Due to the treatment width of 32 mm, substrates can be precisely treated locally.
The PlasmaBeam technology is applicable for inline processes. This means that endless rubber or metal profiles, pipes or hoses can be treated. With the help of robots, 2 or 3-dimensional surfaces can be treated. PlasmaBeam enables local surface cleaning without masking the rest of the surface. For example, cleaning of Al, Au and Cu bond pads before wire bonding without touching the rest of the surface. The active gas jet coming out of the plasma nozzle is always free of dangerous voltage potential. This enables the use of the device for the various processes in the electronics industry such as:
