As its name suggests, the two-in-one assembly station and gripper hand is a combination of a gripper hand and an assembly station and is intended for all production line automation processes.

With the help of magnetic locking and cone centring, the gripping hand positions the two parts so that the part can be assembled in two steps using the power of a cylinder placed on the hand.

The part to be "clipped" is first positioned and then the hand places the second part on top so that the station can carry out the assembly.

Thanks to this two-step work, two functions are performed with one hand and without ever doubling the grip of the main part.
