It is in the form of a turntable assembly robot with 16 cavities, rotating in a clockwise direction.
The individual components are fed in by means of belt and inline feeders. Nonconforming parts are discharged separately into four reject boxes, depending on the type of fault. Satisfactory parts are discharged by means of a conveyor.
The machine is designed as an assembly robot and can be operated in normal production with automatic program control and also in single steps. An operating mode is also available for emptying the machine or return to zero position.
