Our company is specialized in assembling following standard ROHS boards with traditional components, boards with SMD components manually with FRITSCH manipulator, small and medium series up to 1.000 or 2.000 units and wire cabling (Realization of cables on specifications).
Equipment:
• Quadra pick & place machine . (120 feeders, BGA, PQFP, SOT23, SO, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, ...)
• 2 FRITSCH manipulator for place SMD components.
• Forced air convection oven for soldering of SMD components.
• Four stations under binocular for control.
• An oven up to 150°
