Approved packaging for the transport of Li-ion batteries

Seven cases models are approved by the BVT for the transport of dangerous goods by road, rail, inland waterway, sea and air transport. They can contain 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ou 10/14 batteries Li-ion, for a maximum laden weight of 10kg. The aluminum case is end of our range "intensive use" Ref: 408350-1, exterior dimensions: 400 x 300 x 180 mm.
Technical characteristics of the aluminum body:
- Alloy construction for extra-hard aluminum, anti-corrosive and non-magnetic,
- Assemble the box by spot welds,
- Stiffness provided by crimped aluminum profiles (upper and lower body portion and edge of the cover),
- Ribs circular and angular reinforcement,
- Surface mounted stainless steel hinge, and retained by two riveted straps,
- Seal silicone rubber, incorporated under the lid: dustproof and splashproof,
- Stacking corners in cast aluminum, riveted,
- 1 carry handle sheathed PCV folding spring, riveted,
