The Alcatel-Lucent 5400 IMS Application Server (IAS) is a highly performing, reliable, IMS-ready multiprotocol application server, delivered with the Service Creation Environment (SCE), a set of tools that enable the development and testing of applications that run on top of the Application Server Runtime (ASR).
