The Alcatel-Lucent 5400 IMS Application Server (IAS) is a highly performing, reliable, IMS-ready multiprotocol application server, delivered with the Service Creation Environment (SCE), a set of tools that enable the development and testing of applications that run on top of the Application Server Runtime (ASR). The Alcatel-Lucent 5400 IAS is the foundation of Alcatel-Lucent enablers and applications that include access control, charging, the Alcatel-Lucent 5410 Presence Server (PS), the Alcatel-Lucent 5410 Extensible Markup Language (XML) Document Management Server (XDMS), Alcatel-Lucent 5430 Multimedia Instant Messaging (MMIM) and Alcatel-Lucent 5420 Voice Call Continuity (VCC).
