The transportable test stand for testing safety valves and shut-off valves offers a flexible and mobile solution for your testing tasks. With a clamping force of 10 tonnes, this test stand is ideal for the safe and efficient testing of safety valves, shut-off valves and control valves. This test bench covers a wide range of applications: it is designed for flanged and threaded valves in nominal sizes from DN 10 (3/8‘) to DN 200 (8’). Air, nitrogen or water can be used as the test medium. The system offers a maximum test pressure of 200 bar (2900 psi) for smaller nominal sizes and up to 20 bar (290 psi) for larger sizes. The test stand is optionally available with an upper yoke to create additional clamping options.
The operation of the test stand is deliberately kept simple and allows clear, intuitive handling. The water test pressure generation is particularly noteworthy: This takes place via a finely adjustable, air-driven high-pressure pump, which ensures precise adjustment of the test pressure.
