The silage wide sheets are made by co-extrusion of 3 layers in order to reach a high gaz impermeability.
This range is the result of the combination of :
- various colours ( black / black, white / black, white / white, green / black, white / green , transparent )
- various thicknesses :
· from 100 to 200 µm
· 40 µ for airtight films TRIOTECH
- various widths ( from 6 to 16 m even 18 m for some products)
- various mechanical properties ( dart-test, elongation at break, tensile strength at break)
The Trioplast silage sheet range is divided into 3 categories:ECONOMY, COMFORT and HI-TECH
The ECONOMY range features reasonably priced simple silage sheets with the minimum of specifications to carry out the task required.
Films belonging to this category are made totally or partially with recycled PE.
The COMFORT range comprises silage sheets with higher mechanical properties providing an improved safety to the farmers or contractors. These PE films are made with virgin raw material or partially recycled products.
The HI-TECH range features silage sheets manufactured solely from virgin polyethylene and exhibiting excellent strength characteristics with thinner thickness for the demanding farmer wanting only the best from his silage making operations.
