Assembly robot for angled terminal strip

Presentation

The machine is designed for assembly of 2 to 24 pole terminal strips, with open or closed housing. Two different pin lengths can be processed.

The finished terminal strips bear the designations 229, 23, 329 and 330.

Tests are also carried out during the assembly process to check the pin insert depth and length.

Satisfactory parts are transferred to four bags at the end of the assembly/test cycle. Nonconforming parts are discharged into a reject box mounted under the baseplate.

The machine is designed as an assembly robot and can be operated in normal production in both automatic program control and single step mode.
